I searched and searched and couldn't find a mention of ViShape... I have two big bags of the stuff. Has anyone used it as an alternative to IP drinks? The calories, carbs, sugar, fat are all great, but the protein is a little low at 10/serving, but you can do 1.5 servings and still match the cal/carb/sug/fat/fiber of the IP mango drink... and that way you get 15 g protein. anyone?

I believe ViShape is the same as ViSalus. If you look that up you might find more info on it.

that helped, thanks! didn't really see anyone using it, though. I just have a full bag of the stuff, it's expensive and 3 scoops is really similar to the mango mix from IP. hate to waste it.
