Default Wth??

Saturday was date night so I ate under 400 calories leading up to dinner. I had a pizza and ice cream and was up 5 (yes 5 pounds) Sunday morning! There is no way that pizza and ice cream totaled 15000 calories!

My husband who ate way more than I did and even drank a few beers, got up only weighing a pound more! WTH? So not fair!!!

Say "Thank you, sodium!".

Seriously though, it's just water retention from the pizza. It scares the heck out of me when I see the scale bounce like that. I try not to look for a day or 2 after eating something with a lot of sodium.

Drink lots of water to flush out your system and it will be gone in a couple of days. No worries!

I agree .. sodium. Plus it's generally better to have heaviest meal in the mornings, giving the body time to take it on. Did you drink a lot of water with dinner .. as well after? It might come off quickly, depending in hydration.
