So, as I am working hard to stay 100%, I am curious as to how to "enjoy" phase 1 slightly more.

I used to buy the Torani, Monin and the ones Starbucks sells, and looking at the nutritional data, it appears I should be able to, but I don't want to mess up!

I have used the Divinci ones but do them in moderation. It's just like too much MIO, too much WF syrups etc. There are still carbs so just don't use too much. Enjoy! They are yummy!!

Hi,
I used Torani and other sugarfree syrups in my morning coffee
from the beginning and did just fine. And still do, LOL! Been maintaining
since may. Moderation and see if it gives you more cravings.
Didnt use much others though, alittle Mio here and there.
Was really a treat in the coffee, especially drinking it black and iced in the
summer!
