to hold each other accountable. I do weight watchers on my own. I don't go to any meetings, just keep a journal. I am looking for someone to weigh in every Wednesday with me and exchange journals, snacks, meals, etc. Someone who will kick my butt if I try to quit or stop. My current weight is 181, down from 200, and my goal is 130.

hi I could use a buddy also. I have 100lbs I want to lose and I think with a buddy it would be easier. Someone who when I said I'm tired and want to quit will kick butt and get me on the right track, someone I can help in the same way. If interested let me know. A group thing sounds interesting.

Hey there everyone. How are you all doing? I am doing great. I had a checkup on Thursday and I weigh 178 - down 22 pounds from 200. I am very excited. So many people have commented I have been doing WW. If anyone needs any info, let me know. I have a few sites I look up points on, and I think it is very simple for me. I am never feeling starved or like I can't have anything. How are all of you doing??

i am starting ww again and again so keep me in tune what do u mainly eat in a day can u give me an example i get so bored with the same food and then everyone else in my house loves ice cream and sweets how can i avoid them???
Hi! I am a "variety junkie" myself - can't stand to eat the same thing, day in day out. Maybe it would help to post daily menus. I am vegetarian, but you could sub out things if you wished. Here's today:
Breakfast - Homemade Bran Cookie from recipe thread - 3 pts.
Cottage cheese, non fat - 1 cup - 4 pts.
Snack - mango chunks - 1 pt.
Lunch - Enormous salad of free veggies with veggie turkey - 2 pts., garbanzo beans - 2 pts. and fat free dressing - 1 pt.
low fat triscuits - 2 pts.
I am in the 20 to 25 pt range and am trying to eat my max every day. I exercise a lot and want to be able to eat as much food as possible and still lose weight, so as long as I can and still eat max points, I will.
wow!! crast i think you started a great new group here! i want to start asap, but have no info. i went on ww website, but they want money. can you give me a general summary of what to do. i do know my points range right now is 22-27. i will probably swing by an office to pick up some literature, unless anyone has extra's. really dont have the money, thats why i love 3fc. everyone is sooo helpful!
