Default Looking for a buddy

to hold each other accountable. I do weight watchers on my own. I don't go to any meetings, just keep a journal. I am looking for someone to weigh in every Wednesday with me and exchange journals, snacks, meals, etc. Someone who will kick my butt if I try to quit or stop. My current weight is 181, down from 200, and my goal is 130.

hi crast~
i have been looking for a buddy too. i'm about 5"8", 183 ;bs, starting at 193 lbs, and wanting to get down to 135-140 ish. i had done ww a long time ago, but couldnt afford to go, so i'm thinking w/help and support i can do this. let me know.

hi I could use a buddy also. I have 100lbs I want to lose and I think with a buddy it would be easier. Someone who when I said I'm tired and want to quit will kick butt and get me on the right track, someone I can help in the same way. If interested let me know. A group thing sounds interesting.

sure i would love to be ur buddy we are at the same weight and i can really use a boost in the rump sometime............i just went off for the weekend but am determined to watch now the rest of this day and start fresh tomorrow so lets get started... what diet plan are u following? i am doing ww as when i did atkins it affected my kidneys but i did feel better so i feel like i am battling a lost cause but could really use a friend.... so email me [email protected]

Hey there everyone. How are you all doing? I am doing great. I had a checkup on Thursday and I weigh 178 - down 22 pounds from 200. I am very excited. So many people have commented I have been doing WW. If anyone needs any info, let me know. I have a few sites I look up points on, and I think it is very simple for me. I am never feeling starved or like I can't have anything. How are all of you doing??

give me some of ur enthusaism please
i am starting ww again and again so keep me in tune what do u mainly eat in a day can u give me an example i get so bored with the same food and then everyone else in my house loves ice cream and sweets how can i avoid them???

Hi! I am a "variety junkie" myself - can't stand to eat the same thing, day in day out. Maybe it would help to post daily menus. I am vegetarian, but you could sub out things if you wished. Here's today:

Breakfast - Homemade Bran Cookie from recipe thread - 3 pts.
Cottage cheese, non fat - 1 cup - 4 pts.
Snack - mango chunks - 1 pt.

Lunch - Enormous salad of free veggies with veggie turkey - 2 pts., garbanzo beans - 2 pts. and fat free dressing - 1 pt.
low fat triscuits - 2 pts.

Snack - Cantaloupe chunks - 1 pt.

Dinner - Frozen fettucini alfredo - 5 pts., sauted kale, nectarine - 1 pt.

Snack/Dessert - WW sundae cone - 2 pts.

TOTAL: 24 pts.

I am in the 20 to 25 pt range and am trying to eat my max every day. I exercise a lot and want to be able to eat as much food as possible and still lose weight, so as long as I can and still eat max points, I will.

wow!! crast i think you started a great new group here! i want to start asap, but have no info. i went on ww website, but they want money. can you give me a general summary of what to do. i do know my points range right now is 22-27. i will probably swing by an office to pick up some literature, unless anyone has extra's. really dont have the money, thats why i love 3fc. everyone is sooo helpful!
