Happy Friday, everyone! I had my 2nd WI today and I am down another 3.4 lbs, for a total of -8.8 lbs! I guess it's safe to say: "I'm on my way!" I am looking forward to my husband's WI tomorrow - his progress is really starting to show! I am pretty sure he's going to be happy when he sees the numbers!

For now, I'm enjoying a cookies & cream protein bar with my morning coffee as a special, Friday morning/WI Day treat.

Wishing everyone a great weekend!

The big C could definitely account for 3 or more lbs. When I did IP two years ago, my coach sold me a product called Floralax, which worked great for me at the time. You can also try herbal teas. I hope you feel better soon and you'll be able to really see your losses!

I definitely agree that the big C could have something to do with this... Talk to your coach about the product they have in this case... Plus every morning when I wake up I drink I glass of warm water with a little salt, eat plenty of romaine lettuce + drink at least 96 oz of water... So far ..knock on wood... Never had an issue with the big C... Good luck to you

Been OP since 07/15 and been doing great. Last night I faced my first challenge... Family reunion at the Olive Garden ! First I panicked...but then with help of some of the people on this blog... I planned my menu...had a wonderful dinner and even lost 0.5 ibs this morning... Glad we can find nutrition facts these days on the web... Plus before dinner I drank one tsp of vinegar in a little bit of water.... Big help for digestion !

Good morning all. I am glad it is Friday.

I have dealt with the Big C for weeks now. Fear not, I am going but I use Smooth Move Tea the 2 nights before my weigh in. Seems to help considerably. I might check out Floralax.

Default Need ideas for fair food.

Good morning and happy Friday to everyone! My family and I are taking the kids to the fair this Sunday and I'm looking for any help or ideas of food that will keep me on plan and still enjoy the fair experience with my kiddos. Have a great IP day!

Are you doing 2 salads/day? Not required but a huge "suggestion," especially for people with C issues.

Pick up some quest bars from GNC. You can have one of those, while the kids are eating the unhealthy stuff. Or you can keep some cut up veggies in a ziploc in your purse.
OR better yet.... eat before you go to the fair so that you will not be tempted! (I would still keep the goodies in the purse just in case you are.)

Good morning and happy friday, all! I had my WI yesterday and am down another 6 lbs! I am shocked and happy! For all you folks struggling with the big C - Smooth move tea always works for me. At my coach's office I asked to see my first picture and I was in shock. I never felt like I looked like that! Anyways I was so inspired I took my first before & after, it is in my signature! Hope everyone is having a great friday!

Definitely take your restricted & maybe some veggies.
This is your first opportunity to focus on the people & the fun & not on the food.
Re-learning our relationship with food is how we will maintain our fantastic losses

So, I had changed my goal and moved to Phase 3 this week at 130 instead of 125. I made my decision because for a while I seemed to have been stuck at the same weight, my hair started falling out more, then as I was trying on clothes from the top of my closet I found that I fit into a 2, a tight 2, but still a 2!! I have never been a size 2, and when I was a size 4 i was 10 lbs lighter!

That decision was a hard one. I didn't feel ready, but I didn't want to be a stick figure either. The brain does have a hard time catching up! Some days I still don't feel like I am ready to be finished, but I know it will always be there for me if I need it.

I lost in phase 2 (1.8lbs) then moved on to phase 3. Day 2 of phase three was horrible for me. Really painful bloating. I skipped the yogurt the next day and that seems to have helped. (I guess I am sensitive to it now.) Oh, and for those of you who have issues with the big C... it's no longer an issue for me on phase 3, so there is light at the end of the tunnel!

Thanks for letting me share!

Hey everyone!!

Getting a little worried regarding TOM.

Lady flow used to be regular, she showed on time every month (except for that time Ava decided to show up instead ). I have an app and it always worked perfectly, when it marked the day I would get it, I got it. I am now officially 14 days late (no chance of another Ava), so I'm a little worried it will be like this all time and that it will now be unpredictable as to when I can expect it. As said before, I've always been regular since I was 12, and so I'm worried that it will be all over the place from now and whether it should be something I am worried about.

I plan on talking to my coach tomorrow at my WI, but just in case it's the other coach... (on a side note: other coach has said my muscle mass is going down and wants me to have 4 packets a day ?
