I am back for a second time around. Life has eased out so now I can really concentrate on being healthy, losing weight and ME! I am heading to the store shortly to fill the basket with fresh veggies, meats and a few cheeses. I've got my walking dvd dusted off so I can get busy.

Dust off your copy of Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution 2002 or prior and brush up on anything that may have slipped your mind since doing this the last time. Reading the book is critical to doing this plan correctly and when its done correctly it works!
You CAN do this!!
