Default Slacking

Alright i have been slacking the last few weeks. Been only working out about once a week after I tweaked my knee again and pretty much eating what I want after I got a little cold but carried that eating on too long.

I gained back about 3 pounds at the most. But I am ready to go again, hopefully I will be on this forum everyday like I was before.

Good job recognizing that you where slipping off the wagon and jumping back on! I am in a weird kinda flux myself. My weight loss has stalled a little bit but I am dealing. I actually found jumping off plan for a bit to be more rewarding than not so maybe the jolt to your system will end up being a benefit, especially if in a few weeks you only regained 3 lbs.

Good luck!
