Hi Guys
long time memeber, bit lax at logging in of late
so as the title says i just want to tone up a bit and want any advice really. i lost my weight almost entirly without real exercise (bit of wii fit here and there). anyway i am now smack bang in the middle of what i should weigh but i hate my body shape. i dont want to go crazy as i know what i should eat to maintain now and dont want to end up eatting more that i should for a little exercise.
