Default TOM missed again

I am now two cycles absent. Did another preg test and is negative. This diet really creates a ruckus to the system! I can see missing one but TWO? Would be okay if I never had it again but I am just afraid of what I might be facing when it returns... Anybody else have this?

My TOMs were definitely super wacky during the heaviest loss periods on the diet. Now that I'm slowed (just in time to finish up!), things appear to be getting back to normal.

My hypothesis is that estrogen is stored in fat cells, and during bigger loss months there was more estrogen released to throw things into craziness.

Anytime you have something strange going on cycle-wise, it is reasonable to check in with your doctor, of course.

Appt next Sat for physical. Soonest I could get in. I am oddly hoping my thyroid is low too because that would explain a lot of other things. I am not very happy with things lately while on this diet! 10 more lbs...

Funny. Within 1 day of starting IP, I started cramping. Withint 2 days, I got my TOM. This is crazy given that I have an IUD which pretty eliminates TOMs. Alas.

I just feel so bit@&! today. I am frustrated and just want to get to my goal. I guess it took me years to put it on but I want it all off NOW! And I hate all the stuff that goes along with IP like losing my freaking hair and messed up periods. And not being able to drink my wine... Whine!

Well, you just had a little "wine" didn't you? Get it "whine" v. "wine"? Yea, I am getting punchy. Just remember, you didn't put it on all at once, so it isn't going to come off all at once. It'll happen.

Thanks sarita! And yeah... It is gonna take time. I just having one of those days.., sigh! I just need to get over it. I should be so happy that all my jeans are loose now and I look so much better. I just am wallowing in self pity a bit today.

Wallowing can be good though. I definitely have those days when I don't want to get out of bed (fear not, I am not depressed), and just want to watch netflix all day while eating candy.

Annnnnndddddd I wonder why I am heavy! HAHA!
