So today is my friends' 2 year old's birthday. I was just going to bring my own chicken salad or something because the norm for birthdays there s deep dish homemade pizza and a large, tossed and predresed salad. Well she called me last night and said they were having breadd chicken and salad, so I thought cool...I can eat the same thing as them just my own version, but she started asking exactly what I can eat and said she would bread my chicken with almond flour (no flour at all, just crushed almonds) and not predress the salad so I can bring my own walden farms dressing. I am used to bringing my own food or finding food I can eat at parties, I'm just so touched that she is going out of her way to make sure I can eat what they are eating with them. I love my friends!
On another note---hit the 20# mark today!
