Prepping for a two week party fest. Temptation is not going to be my friend between my upcoming vacation and an outdoor music festival. Give me strength!

Going back on program today after several weeks of yo-yo on and off the program. I did two months solid back in the fall and lost 30 pounds and several inches. I have 60 more to go. . . so time to suck it up and get going again. I can do it. . . I can do it. . . I can do it.

Put my first order in with Nashua last night, for almost a month of items it was 220 with shipping, that's 2 weeks on my last visit with the coach, although she was nice I can't justify spending 100+/week to lose 2lbs

Happy friday everyone!!

I had asked about mung bean sprouts in the daily thread yesterday and thank you for the response Lisa. I looked at the nutrition for 1 cup (104 g) and the net carb is 4.3, protein being 3.2 . Isnt the carb high for 1 cup daily?

Went and visited my coach yesterday to figure out the Gluten Free IP Products: basically all the drinks (except Pina Colada, and the readymade), the puddings, most of the soups (not the tomato Basal and the chicken Noodle). However just because the items say gluten-free doesn’t mean the items are celiac safe. It seems that all the yummy things like with cheddar ridges, lemon soy puffs and a couple of the bars are still processed in a facility that contains wheat. It’s a start, fingers crossed my body starts liking me more. Have a great weekend.

Day 1 for me! I had my Wildberry Yogurt Protein "smoothie" this morning, which was okay... I could really taste the sucralose in it. Now I'm drinking some coffee waiting for lunch! Packed a nice salad with cucumbers and red peppers, a packet for lunch, and my "extra" packet for later this afternoon when 3pm snack time rolls around in the office.

So far I feel okay. Not really hungry, just a little spacey. Not quite lightheaded or dizzy, just not all there. I think I'm in for a LONG weekend!

Oh my gosh, I've been starving this week and I can't figure out why. I'm totally OP and using only IP products. I did notice last night that the seasoning mix I've been using has sugar as an ingredient. I didn't read the ingredient list before last night and I've used it several times this week. I'm at the end of week six and after the first week I hadn't had any problems with hunger pains until this week. I wonder if the tiny amount of sugar in the seasoning could be triggering this?

Hi everyone. Quick question. I am going to be doing a lot of cleaning around the house and yard work this weekend.

It's probably fine to have an extra shake somewhere in there since it is pretty rough work am I right? It's funny to think that exercising and doing heavy cleaning would actually slow the weight loss down... my brain is still trying to comprehend this, ha ha.
