Default 30 Day Shred?
I have seen a lot of threads about Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. What are all your thoughts on it? Has it worked for you, or is there another workout DVD you have liked better?

I just got it and I am starting it tomorrow morning so I'll let you know. I have some of her other videos and love them.

What other videos of hers do you have and like? I am looking for videos that will give me results by the end of the summer, which is why I thought the 30 Day Shred would be a good fit for me.

I'm actually not totally sure, I bought a bundle that I watch through Amazon on my Roku (it's a device you can watch Netflix, Hulu Plus, Amazon Video on).

I know I have the her abs one which I haven't tried and her weight loss through weights one.

But the 30 Day Shred has the best reviews and I read through all the Amazon reviews and they ALL basically say to start with the 30 Day Shred for your jump start.

I have been bad about exercising lately so I am going to start my regime tomorrow with the 30 Day Shred.
