Default 20 pounds in eight weeks
Was so excited today when I not only met my first mini goal of 5%, but went over it by 5.6 pounds. Never expected to lose 7.8 pounds this week. I guess that just goes to show what hard work can accomplish. Looking forward to reaching more goals throughout the coming year.
