Question Advice?

Hi everyone,

I'm new to both Weight Watchers and this site, this is my first post. I've only been doing Weight Watchers a little less than 2 weeks and am facing a problem that I'm not sure how to resolve:

Tomorrow is my last day of the week and I've used up my extra points (I chose to start my WW week on Friday night to allow for going out), but I've also gone through my points for today. I ate dinner around 6pm (WW meal at Applebees)- it's now nearly 11pm and I'm very hungry. Should I eat something even though I have no points left, or should I not eat and stick to the plan? The meal wasn't too filling, the problem is I had a cocktail with it and didn't realize how many points that was worth until it was too late!

I know 11pm sounds late, but I'm a student heading toward final exams... I have several hours left of studying. This hunger is very distracting, what do you suggest? I have no zero point foods in the house yet :/

If the hunger is that distracting I would add in a 0 point veggie or fruit. It is the better than being so hungry and possibly jeopardizing failure and/or eating something much higher in pts.

If you don't have any zero point foods, try drinking some water with a little flavor in it. Water can really take care of my hunger pangs. If you absolutely need to go over your point values, weigh your options. Try to find the food that will satisfy you the most with the fewest possible points.
