In an average week, I go to the gym 3-4 times and take pole fitness 1-2 times. I'm planning to tone down my gym visits to light cardio and weights, but I don't want to stop going at all. Currently I'm thinking of keeping a schedule like this:
8AM - Breakfast Shake
12PM - Snack
3PM - Lunch (rather, dinner- Chicken and veggies)
7PM - Workout
8PM - EAS Carb Advantage Protein Shake
9PM - Dinner
Any thoughts? Has this worked for anyone, or does anyone have any tips on getting enough energy to workout and not do more harm than good?
Thanks!

There are a few threads that discuss exercise while on IP, but basically you need to make sure you add an extra packet/product within 1/2 hour of any exercise. In order to allow your muscles to recover properly and not get too calorie deprived, you need to replace what you burned off. Also understand that in most cases, weight loss is not as fast as if you did IP without exercise, but your muscles will be toning so for some that is an even trade-off. Most of all, listen to your body. If you are experiencing dizziness, excess fatigue, or your muscles aren't recovering as well as they used to, that may be a sign that you need to dial it back a bit. But if you feel good, the extra packet should be enough to keep you going.
