Default So mad at myself

I'm a teacher and there is always crap food everywhere at school, but I've been super good about steering clear of it all. In today's staff meeting somebody brought otter pops. I seriously thought otter pops were sugar free. It wasn't until a coworker commented that she was surprised I was eating one that I even thought to look at the label - 25 calories - from High fructose corn syrup! If this kicks me out of Ketosis I'm going to be so mad at myself!

Ugh I'm sorry Accidents happen, and you've done amazing so far! Just gotta keep on moving! Were there a lot of carbs?

I think Otter pops have like 4 carbs. I would not worry about 1 slip up. Just get back on plan and keep going and you should be fine.

Not as bad as you might think. I ate a whole pizza within two weeks of starting WS and I freaked out thinking I had just screwed up the 12 pounds I had lost. The next day, I had only gained .7 pounds and within two days, had lost it plus some. It might slow you down, but it will not mess you up too horribly. Lesson learned. And admit you are human, we all do those things some time or another.

Thomas Edison said it best:
Negative results are just what I want. They’re just as valuable to me as positive results. I can never find the thing that does the job best until I find the ones that don’t.”

and then there is this one as well from Napoleon Hill:
Everyone faces defeat. It may be a stepping-stone or a stumbling block, depending on the mental attitude with which it is faced.

Thanks everyone. I think I'm okay. The scale shows me down 0.8 lbs from yesterday and I have that terrible Ketosis taste in my mouth again so if I was out of Ketosis it was for a very brief time. Whew!
