Default 5 LB Challenger #219!
Hello 3FCers! This is where we compete to see who can be the first to lose 5 pounds. Anyone and everyone is welcome. The idea is to focus on small goals, which helps out people like me who have a lot to lose! This is a great place for newbies, since I was one last week. I was the winner of the #218 challenge and I'm looking forward to competing with everyone again.

Just list your start weight, current weight and goal weight and check in every so often to update us on your progress. Good luck!
