I've been MIA a bit recently. Still on plan, still losing, "two and a half pound last week" but my personal life is mostly insane right now. I just wanted to check in here.

Where have you been thinforme? Great you are still OP and the loss last week is great!

You haven't missed much. We left off at Rogen, but we are now on to chest hair in the men's corner!
