I remember hearing about a study in which children were given IQ tests. The tests results weren't even looked at- instead- children were randomly told if they were "bright" or not. The students who actually had low IQs, but were told they were smart- ended up increasing their IQ that year. When they believed themselves to be bright...they were bright. And other people treated them as smart, as well.
The reason I bring this up is that this morning I realized my scale wasn't completely balanced. Whoops. When I thought I was 212.8- I thought I was ON FIRE!

Turns out I was actually 215. :: shrugs :: No big deal- and I still feel like I'm on fire, but maybe it's not quite the inferno I was seeing this morning when I first stepped on the scale. LOL.
It just made me wonder... What is the scale dropped .4 pounds nearly every day...anytime you were on plan? What if everyone told you, "Geeze- You are SO VERY GOOD at losing weight!! Your body just is melting away! Holy Wow! Your body knows EXACTLY what it needs, when it needs! Awesome! You're so lucky and healthy!"
