Default Need a kick in the A$$

Good morning everyone - Starting over the the umptenth time and need to get a kick in the butt. Was going to the gym every morning at 4:00 A.M. for the last year and a half and suddently stopped going. Granted I pulled my back and then got pneumonia - I just can't get back into the gym no matter how I try. I need to start slowly - I need to get a diet going I can actually stick to - anyone have any suggestions to kickstart my motivation - so desperately need it - Have to lose 100 lbs and get the blood pressure under control Please help with any suggestion

HI!!!

Welcome! May I ask how do you keep track (weight loss, calories etc.)? I've found that I lose more weight when I keep track of what I eat and how I was feeling that day. Nothing drawn out, it's usually just a couple of sentences. But the notebook added enough structure to help me keep track of things. I can't tell you how many times I've written "I JUST WANT CHEESE!!" in my notebook. I also have one page dedicated entirely to the weigh-ins I have on a weekly basis. It gives you a really good over all picture of how much you lose and how much you have left.
