I'm taking Acetyl L-Carnitine and found out the original one I was taking used rice powder as a filler so was actually bumping up my daily carb intake. I did find a different brand without rice so continue taking it.
I currently take 3 grams of CLA daily along with 1,000 mg of krill oil as well. Both help regulate fat metabolism and cut abdominal fat as well. I get mine from Vitacost for super cheap.
