first u need to get ur mind set for this crazy yet wonderful journey u are about to go on!... once ur mind is on it and
IN IT TO WIN IT... everything else will come come into place!
do some research and find a plan for your self.. a daily plan. which includes the new eating habit.. (which will be
HE L L for the first couple days and it gets better by the 3rd day! ) and some kind of exercise! no1 is saying go to the gym.. but a nice walk a day would do wonders!
dont starve ur self!!!!!! its one of the biggest mistakes you can make and only make u feel worst! just eat smaller portions... and dont eat too late at night!
continue to read threads and post and join in on them! they are awesome and the people here are great! they will always make u feel better when u are down and out and want this as bad as you do!
YOU CAN DO IT! dont give up! ur mind will be ur greatest enemy but once u defeat ur mind... ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE!
