Talking almost half way!

I made a resolution to lose weight after getting up to a size 24 pant size (yikes!) At the beginning of the school year. I have walked 5 times a week, ate better and better, and started line dancing the fall 2012 semester. I had to have wrist surgery the week before Christmas so that stopped my progress for a whole month with the severity but now I'm doing better. When the new semester began, I decided to ramp it up and join the school gym. I just tried on some pants from high school today and they fit! I'm a size 16 now! I never thought I would make it this far but I'm so happy I'm here. Everyone, keep it up. You will be amazed at what you can do. Never stop improving. I'm almost halfway to my fitness goals and I can already tell the difference (no more huffing and puffing at the top of the stairs ). Remember, it's an investment in yourself.
