Default Sore Throat - Suggestion

Hi All,
I do not want to compromise my weight loss by drinking the wrong thing... anyone have any suggestions on what I can drink to help the sore throat?
Thanks!

Salt water gargle, coconut oil soothes if u are allowed to have it, nasal spray might help. Stay hydrated with water. I don't know what is a no no on any plan though. Feel better soon.

Hot herbal tea (with or without Splenda) and some Motrin. Salt water gargling will help too. Stay hydrated too. Feel better!

I bought a chloraseptic throat spray for my son and I don't know if it has a lot of sugar. I tried it on myself to see if it would burn or whatever as I had a sore throat too, and it numbed the pain instantly. You spray, waith 15 sec then gargle and spit any liquid out, so I don't know how much 'sugar' you would absorb if it had any in it.

Gargle warm water with salt every night before bed, drink hot tea with drops of lemon. Hope you get better.

Take it from a singer :0)
Make a tea of:
1/4cup Fresh grated ginger
One whole lemon squeezed OR the equivalent of Apple Cider Vinegar
Pinch cayenne
Instead of Honey...use the WF maple syrup to sweeten.
Or liquid stevia. Or powdered stevia.

Put all the ingredients into a pot of 3 cups water.Bring to a boil, then turn down and simmer for 10 minutes. I make a pot so I can have a few cups for the day. Adjust the formula to your taste. Get better soon!
