I can't even stick with my goals for one day!! AARRGGHH!!
I am going to try harder today....
1. eat sensibly. may not track points, but no fast food or anything bad for me.
2. water, water ,water
3. go for a walk on break this morning, and try for one after work if the storms stay away.
Jess, I think taking baby steps is a good idea, I tried to stay within my points range, drink my water and exercise yesterday, and I think it was just too much starting back, so I am going to take it slow.....
How about everyone else??
