Hi all~
I reformated the breakfast cookie recipe (no changes in ingrediants or amounts) and added some other variations I have been using. I also calculated the nutrional info for each variation- it is all with the recipe both here and on the dessert forum.
Here are the general stats:
Calories range from 195-249
Protein range from 7-8
Carbs range from 44-59
Fat ranges from 1-4 grams (most have 1 gr- the higher fat ones have nuts/chocolate chips)
Fiber ranges from 12-15 grams
I did not calculate the vitimins, but I can say that each cookie has 2.5% calcium- from the yogurt...I am still wondreing how with the all natural ingrediants that BBC claims how do they get the 8-9% of calcium?
The other thing- the new BBC claim to be higher protein and lower carb- how come my numbers are pretty much equal to theirs for both protein and carb? At least my recipe is still high fiber and low fat.
Enjoy everyone~
Christine
