Default myfitnesspal

does anyone use myfitnesspal and do sb too? I plugged in everything I ate today and I was under my calories without doing a logged workout. With eating 6 times today I only had 926 calories. i do not feel hungry at all and I know not everyday will be that way I'm sure, but does anyone else seem to find that happen too?

Yeah, I use mfp as well- less now than before! But it is very hard to get the calories on p1 which I am assuming you are on? Make sure you do get enough because if you don't eat enough your metabolism will shut down after a bit making it harder to lose weight down the long run. On P1, attempt at least 1200 calories ! Add a teaspoon of oil to your salad, or some nuts. They are calorically dense and you won't feel like you are force-feeding yourself I generally don't exercise much either on P1 because I feel too drained as it's hard to eat enough.

yea i did not feel hungry at all yesterday or anything. and i woke up this morning and didn't feel like i was starving! so hopefully today will go better, but i will try the oil and stuff. and i din't eat all my nuts yesterday, didn't feel like i was hungry enough to have them. thanks!

Any idea on how to kick-start ones metabolism? I didn't get daily 1200 calories my first week and my weight has been stagnant for the last two weeks. I'm now on phase 1.5 and exercising 6 days/week.
