Default Weight Watchers Newby on her own

Good Evening!
In short, I'm a college student on a limited budget. My option was to either pay for WW meetings (or online) OR pay for dance lessons 3x a week one hour each time. I decided that because I love to dance and it's the only form of exercise that I absolutely cannot wait for, that was a better use of my money. I downloaded iTrackBites for iphone and have been using that for the past two weeks. Down to 322 lbs, hooray! I wanted to find out what kinds of tips and advice the regulars had for somebody like myself? From all the reviews I have read on iTrackBites it looks to be very accurate with points plus. Currently I get 50 "bites" and usually eat about 44 bites. Today happened to be 52 bites. I'm thinking that because I love fruit but not veggies that I would start counting all fruit as 1 point no matter what. That way I get "10" servings of fruit before I have to worry about it (and I can't eat that much!).

Thank you for any help! because it's cute

stunningsparkle ** Welcome!!! I, as well, do WW on my own. I cant afford the meetings and such - but between the internet and the amazing people here ... I can pretty much get all the info that I'm lookin for / needing. lol ~ kinda sounds bad huh! The first time I did WW on my own I lost right at 20 lbs. I had lost my job and became a bit depressed and gained about 10 of them back ... so now I'm tryin to lose that 10 and 10 more ~ lol.

You should for sure join the January Chat ... The ladies over there are awesome and there is TONS of support!!!

Weight watchers is pretty easy to follow on your own. There's free calculators online so all you really need to know is your daily point target. The only reason I choose to pay is because I find the meetings and etools VERY helpful!
