Smile Climbing out of this

It's been over a year since I fell into my depression. Last semester was my all time low and I am finally pulling out of this. I feel a lot more motivated and I have made some goals for the semester:

1. I want to Ace this semester
2. I am going to walk a 5k Color run
3. I want to be 245 by that point
4. I am going to do Run For Your Lives
5. I want to be 240 by that point
6. I am going to do Warrior Dash
7. I want to be 200 by that point
8. I finally made an appointment with a specialist for a lymphnode issue I have had since October and hopefully the mystery will finally be solved.

I have had so many health issues this year and I am just ready to be healthy, happy and active again. I can't just do nothing anymore.

This is going to be my year.

Oh and I have been sick non-stop since the beginning of December and haven't had much activity.. that with the holidays and some of my worst lows has skyrocketed me up to 273. That's changing.

Hi Avezy44! Welcome

I did Run for your Lives and the Warrior Dash. The races are addictive. Have fun!

Oh wow, that zombie run looks sooo fun. Almost wish I was going to be in Tennessee to see that/ run that. But since the next time I go to TN it will be because I'm attending a family funeral... (yeah, I know...)
