Saturday evening I was with my best friend and we were talking about our weight loss plans, since I was starting IP the next day. I had seen a few people talk about rewarding themselves when they reached a certain goal. I talked this over with my friend and she thought it was great idea. I have never done this whenever I tried to lose weight and thought it might be some great motivation so this afternoon I made my reward list I broke my weight loss goals in increments of 25 that way I think it will be more attainable the bigger the loss the bigger the reward!
Do you have a goal list, if so what's on it? Do you think it's a good idea to reward yourself for weight loss?
Here is my reward list:
starting weight 307
mini-goal #1 GW :275 Reward: Movies (I don't go very often)
mini-goal #2 GW: 250 Reward: Mani - Pedi (hopefully it will be getting warmer and I can show off my shrinking size and be pretty doing it!)
mini-goal #3 GW: 225 MASSAGE
mini-goal #4 GW: 200 New Hair style and/or New Makeup
mini-goal #5 GW: 185 COMPLETE MAKE OVER (Final Goal!)
