Default Is lamb allowed in phase 1

I don't see lamb listed as a protein option-is it allowed? Are there any proteins that are not allowed?

I did have lamb occasionally in phase 1. Checked with my coach and he OK'd it. Didn't notice that my losses slowed.

I eat it occasionally.
Since it is higher fat, I adjust my olive oil on that day.

I had lamb and didn't notice that affected my weight lost, I love lamb, I wish I can have it very often but it's expensive in my area.

My coach allows lamb. I have it on days where I'm trying for a little higher fat protein. After having lean chicken, fish, tofu, etc. for several days in a row, I add a day or two of higher fat to shake it up. My body has responded really well to that strategy vs. only having the lean options.

My body also responds well to changing things up, so cycle from chicken breast, tuna to beef often. Not scientific, but it seems that if I have 2 eggs for dinner, my weight is down the next day.
