Default What to cut

Any of you ladies cut things from your diet? Like bread, or sugar? I weighed in today and only lost a pound. Yes. Yes. A loss is all fine and dandy, BUT! I was a perfect angel all week, water, activity.... all the stops. I was hoping for 2!

What do you cut to see results?

Nothing. Well, soda but that's it. I still freely eat whatever I want, I just find a way to make it work within my daily and weekly points. That's why we chose WW, because we don't *have* to cut anything out to lose weight.

1 pound is phenomenal and right in line with the recommended weekly loss. It IS a result, even if it's not the one you expected. You won't pull big numbers every week. Some weeks you'll even maintain no matter how well you did. I've been at this for two years and my weekly average over that time is 1.3 pounds. It might not seem like a lot, but it adds up as you can see

Yeah, I would definitely measure and weigh EVERYTHING. After you have been doing WW for a while your portions tend to get a bit loose!

For me, I cut out bread and if I eat pasta or rice I only eat it once maybe twice per week. I'm not sure if that has really worked though.

Another thing you might want to look at is how much protein you are getting. When I eat more protein I can actually gain weight really easily.

This time around I cut dairy down and am seeing huge results 6.4 this week. Cut out diet soda too but I only had that one or twice a week. It took a long time to figure out that I ate to much dairy. My doctor actually asked me to cut it out for two weeks been doing great.
