One thing I have learned is that motivation comes and goes. It is COMMITMENT that gets you to goal. Motivation is AMAZING, I am not saying don't stop looking for that motivation, I myself watch previous biggest loser season, even ones from australia and the UK, I ALSO online window shop
I want to wear cute clothes.... I couldn't even buy a winter jacket this year because the weight I gained made me be too big :\. Next year I want a nice swim suit, I want a winter coat. It might seem shallow because I am doing this for my health above all, but my health isnt progress I can see all the time. I can't do hormone and metabolic panels every week, I CAN however see that clothes fit me and that I can wear heels again comfortable. I can see the number on the scale move (again shallow I know). I can see those things and those are what keeps me motivated and commited.
