Default Motivation?

Hello! Starting to feel better about my health and weight loss, but there is litterarly no motivation. Could you suggest some motivational anything, but not videos, since I am not using my laptop alot. Currently, I was watching previous the biggest loser seasons. That's one inspiration. What are some more?

Hmm... looking at before and after pictures always helps me (of which there are TONS in the goal forum).

One thing I have learned is that motivation comes and goes. It is COMMITMENT that gets you to goal. Motivation is AMAZING, I am not saying don't stop looking for that motivation, I myself watch previous biggest loser season, even ones from australia and the UK, I ALSO online window shop I want to wear cute clothes.... I couldn't even buy a winter jacket this year because the weight I gained made me be too big :\. Next year I want a nice swim suit, I want a winter coat. It might seem shallow because I am doing this for my health above all, but my health isnt progress I can see all the time. I can't do hormone and metabolic panels every week, I CAN however see that clothes fit me and that I can wear heels again comfortable. I can see the number on the scale move (again shallow I know). I can see those things and those are what keeps me motivated and commited.

As the above poster said, clothes shopping does it for me. I haven't bought any clothing besides neccessity and in no other colors but dark, black, or purple (you know "flattering colors" for about three years (when I gained my weight). I can't wait to wear cute pastel denim, funky shirts, fun summer dresses...ahhh....
