Default coctail sauce

im going out to dinner tonight for my birthday...a seafood restaurant...im planning on having grilled shrimp on a bed of arugala. its it weird if i bring my own coctail sauce? im afraid their is filled with sugar and other ingredients. i make my own with 1 carb kethchup and white horseradish.

Not at all! Sneak a small container of it in your purse. Most cocktail sauce has 8 or more grams of sugar per serving (2 tablespoons).

I agree! Go for it! I always bring a small container or packet of either my homemade salad dressing or Walden Farms brand if we go out to dinner. Happy Birthday and enjoy your dinner!
