I was surprised how much I liked the Wasa Crisp n Light crackers. I just keep them on my desk now and grab one whenever I feel a bit peckish. I'll end up eating max 5 a day (20 cals each) and it tides me over between meals.
For a little more calories, I loved spreading half a slice of Laughing Cow Swiss on them and topping with a low-calorie high fiber raspberry jam (I found one sweetened with Splenda at Walmart I liked quite a bit). Very tasty, a bit sweet, and creamy.
