I've alway get the Aldi reduced fat crackers 16 for 130-140 calories but were sick of them now, do you guys have any ideas for lower calorie crackers? I've heard the Special K ones are good .... Any ideas?

Try Ak-Mak crackers, 5 crackers = 35 calories.

Are they like matzo crackers?

You should be able to find them in supermarkets and I believe Trader Joe's 't have them. I would'nt compare them to matzo crackers.

You could also try Wasa light crackers. I like the "light" because there's no rye taste. 3 (huge) crackers for 100 calories (probably the size of 9 regular rectangular crackers). They also make a "crisp and light" version that's 60 calories for the same size ginormous crackers. Whole Foods carries them, but they're also likely to be in a natural foods aisle at a regular grocery store.

I love the Wasa Crackers. They really satisfy the carb craving for little calories.

GG Scandinavian Bran Crispbread are 12 calories per cracker (each is a little bigger than two saltines put together, or the same size as the Wasa crispbreads).

But they're almost all fiber, so... they're not a taste sensation by any stretch of the imagination!

I was surprised how much I liked the Wasa Crisp n Light crackers. I just keep them on my desk now and grab one whenever I feel a bit peckish. I'll end up eating max 5 a day (20 cals each) and it tides me over between meals.

For a little more calories, I loved spreading half a slice of Laughing Cow Swiss on them and topping with a low-calorie high fiber raspberry jam (I found one sweetened with Splenda at Walmart I liked quite a bit). Very tasty, a bit sweet, and creamy.

I like 34 degrees. I think is 50 calories for 9 crackers. They're really thin. I use them to replace chips.
