Newbie joining in- hope you don't mind

1 - Slept all day so no exercise for me/ I worked out on the 31st knowing that I wouldn't be able to do so on the 1st
2 - 15 minutes on my elliptical
3 - Leg inquiry
4 - Leg inquiry
5 - Leg inquiry

6 - Leg inquiry
7 - Didn't exercise
8 - Didn't exercise
9 -Didn't exercise
10 - 20 minutes on the elliptical
11 - Didn't exercise
12 - 20 minutes on the elliptical + 7 minutes of arm exercises
(Stopped doing this video when it required to get on the floor- http://www.fitsugar.com/10-Minute-Ar...Video-22959099)

13 - 150 reps of punching (per arm) + 20 minutes on the elliptical
14 - 20 minutes on the elliptical

8 - Kelly Coffey-Meyers strength dvd, 30 min.
9 - Cardio Force, 50 min.
10 - 30 Day Shred, level 3, 25 min.
11 - Gilad's Step and Tone, 30 min.; 15 min. Gilad abs.= 45 min.
12 - no workout

13 - no workout
14 - 30 minutes of Cardio Force
15 - Gilad's 45/45 Strength; 45 min. of standing/floor strength and abs.
16 - Cardio Force; 45 minutes; 5 minutes Cathe abs = 50 min.
17 - no workout
18 - Gilad's Step and Tone, 30 min.; 5 min. legwork; 10 min. abs.
