I had a weight watchers strawberry shortcake dessert. Only 3 points!

They are frozen, but so delicious. They taste fresh and satisfy my sweet tooth!

Maybe it sounds cliche but I thoroughly enjoy ALL of my meals! If I didn't think they were yummy I wouldn't eat them.

I made and awesome wrap with veggie chicken strips, fake bacon, avacado, and some spicy faux cheese. It was SO GOOD.

Sauteed kale w/ garlic and red peppers and leftover steak marinated with a garlic/paprika rub.

I have to admit that I don't enjoy all of my meals, but this one was good. I've been known to have some pretty boring salads for lunch every now and then. If the fridge is a little bare or if I'm in a hurry, then sometimes they're just ok.

I had crispy quinoa patties and crab cakes for lunch. They were delicious. So glad I decided to finally try quinoa.

I'm making pepperjack swiss bacon chicken right now for dinner. Nums!
