Default Painful Days and Staying On Plan Tips

Hi Everyone!

Can you please share your tips for staying on plan when not feeling well? For example: When I have a headache, I... or a stomach ache, I... I have found those to be the hardest days because I haven't the experience yet to know what to fall back on and when one feels bad, it is even harder to think of what to do right....

Thanks so much!!!

Oh Gosh! I posted this in a headache panic from my phone and now see poor Ninja Nurse's post. I am leaving this one though, because she is actually ill, whereas I guess I meant feeling bad with an ache or pain that isn't a contagious bug! I don't even want to think about that...

Also, can't find a way to delete it!

i always rely on Proti-Diet Chicken Noodle Soup with added roasted red pepper flakes and fresh cracked black pepper....it helps soothe my throat and opens up my sinuses!!

i will also make sure i drink plenty of liquids and will DRINK my IP Raspberry Jelly in about 30 - 40 ounces of COLD water...instead of making jello.
cold water speeds up your metabolism!!

You cant delete threads but under Thread Tools you can "close" them so they don't get posted on anymore & they quickly move down the "ladder". You can only close a thread you started.

I close each daily thread every day as a new one is opened

When I feel tired I sleep instead of eating for energy. That has been a major down fall of mine in the past - thinking I'm hungry when I need a ten minute nap.

Thank you Rainbow I needed this. Yesterday I was in pain and could hardly eat I was forcing myself and did not get all my food in, but if I would have thought I would have done this with my Jello.

I learn something new everyday on this site..
