This is kind of stupid but I have not exercised the last two days since I couldn't be bothered so I thought I would post that I am going to do an hour of exercise here and then I need to post on here again within two hours whether I have worked out or not. I plan to do an hour of exercise biking. If I don't do it then everyone here will know I failed. I thought it would motivate me
I did it! 500 calories burned in 62 minutes! If anyone else wants to post that they are going to workout and whether they did it so they can be motivated then post here!
I have done cardio and/or weights every day this last week, but not yesterday...I am SO sore everywhere from step class on Friday that I'm not sure I can do anything today! I may just make myself do 30 minutes on the air climber...but all my parts hurt A LOT right now. Even my ribs from the abs she makes us do. If it doesn't rain maybe a walk along the L.A. river...
Terri Silva if you get to do it then you will be pleased with yourself but if you're actually in pain then resting for a day is ok. It is only laziness that isn't a good excuse! Way to go for doing all that cardio last week!

I did do some cardio :0)...I actually did 40 minutes on the air trainer and burned 470 calories while the hubby did shoulders and arms! I feel SO good for doing it!
