Lunch: stir fry veggies, protidiet chicken noodle soup with red pepper flakes, blackberry tea, water Supper: Napa Cabbage and Bell Peppers stir fry with snow peas and green onions and with 1 Chicken Sausage Snack: grape drink, Holiday Strawberry Peppermint Drops!!!! YUM!!!

weird thing about my steak now- I use to like a med-well steak (my kids would eat off of mine so thats how I ordered) now that I am just making one for me if it is more than med it is just to done. Anyone else like their red meat on the rare side that didn't use to?

L: leftover sauteed yellow squash, bell pepper and mushroom, IP chicken soup
D: 6 oz filet mignon, 2 oz shrimp cocktail, grilled asparagus, sliced cucumber w/EVOO and salt

Breakfast--egg whites with mushrooms, green peppers, and green onions on top.
Snack--crispy cereal
Lunch--4 oz chicken breast and big salad
Snack--chocolate pudding smoothie
Dinner--Homemade chicken soup (picked out the carrots and potatoes ) and extra celery
Snack--so not hungry...probably hot chocolate.
