I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving yesterday!

congratulations to rwquilts for being our BL loser last week and to rainbowsmiles, Rosa, and Dhalia too WTG everyone!!

I don't want to be a downer but I haven't been doing that great. I haven't been getting many shifts at work, (union and seniority so there's nothing I can do about it), my heel still hurts and I've had a nasty cold! On a positive note I have been doing a lot of thinking, and I've realized that I need to take care of myself regardless of what else is happening in my life. I will never be successful if I don't!

Not at all surprised that I am up 2 lbs this week. I really don't handle stress well. That's definitely something that i need to work on.

Mel - I just saw your post asking if anyone was interested in having a chalenge over the holidays, and I would definitely like that.
