ive been bouncing around 186 for a month now. i really feel like my plan is good (1300 calories). there was one week where i def overate and it took me a few days to lose it, but otherwise ive been completely on plan.

i dont really want to drop my calories any more but im going insane. ive only lost 6 lbs in the past 2 months and only 1 of it was this month.

You are doing so well! Really! I wouldn't sweat it at this point. I know it is very frustrating, but sometimes our bodies just need a chance to readjust. You've lost that 10% and the stall is normal for this point.

If you're feeling good with your calorie levels, then stick with it for a bit longer. Maybe you want to tweak what you're eating, change your macronutrients a bit. Less carbs and more protein could me a bit of an additional water and stored glycogen loss that could kick your body into giving up a bit more fat.

Your weight loss is going to slow down the closer you get to your goal. You eventually will need to taper up on calories towards maintenance levels. And losing just half a pound a month is not unusual during that period of time.

This happened to me last month. I did a bit of a drastic calorie cycling. I usually stay around 1400 to 1600 cycle a day but for about two weeks I did 1200 to 1600 drank a ton of water and walked a bit more. Then I went back to my normal 1400-1600 a day and dropped 6 pounds for the month.

As I go, my weight loss has slowed, but it completely stalled out. Just changing things up a bit seemed to have helped.

Try cycling your calories and changing your exercise routine.
