Default Anyone know if yucca is allowed?
Just want to try some new things and rhubarb and jimica has really helped out for variations, but I haven't found any reference to if yucca is allowed.

I looked it up - definitely not allowed - it has more carbs than a potato.

Nutritionally, it's very similar to a yam or sweet potato, which are on the forbidden list.
