Default Well I finally weighed myself this morning (insert scary music)

As most of you know from my previous post a lot has been going on in my life and I have been avoiding the scale because I was terrified of what weight would be looking back at me when I stepped on it.

Well this morning I finally got up the courage to step onto the scale and looking back at me was 251.0 This is 8.2 pounds up from my lowest weight and 3.0 pounds up from my last weigh in which was October 19.

So I have not completely undone all my hard work and I am proud of that. I hope once the ex moves out this weekend that I can get my motivation and dedication back on track and get my weight moving DOWN ----->

It's such a good feeling when you realize you haven't done so bad after all; especially since it means you must have made changes that have stuck. I think you should definitely see it as a positive thing.

Sending you positive vibes it's hard to focus when so much is going on around you.
try to do something you enjoy even it is something little like watching a favorite old movie or taking a walk out in nature.
Helps to clear your head and makes it easier for you to hit the Re-boot button!
Re invent the life you deserve .
Hoping things get easier for you.
Remember you always gain knowledge from everything you experience,even if it's something we neither need or want in our life anymore.
Good Luck, Roo2::good vibes

I am so glad your current weight was better than you thought it would be. That's a real positive and can be a boost to go forward. Great. Carry on. PLan, plan, and plan some more.
