Good morning everyone.

Weigh In Wednesday, so glad I only weigh in once a week. Down 1.6 on my home scale. I had 3 off-plan days, this was our "christmas" week and I had few things off plan, hence the number. Ate a few things, slivers. Shouldn't have, but happy and satisfied with my personal choices.

Have a great day everyone!

Thanks, you know just realized I had chinese dimsum on Monday, my son insisted. I was on plan, ate shrimp with chinese brocolli no sauce, but I added a lot of soy sauce.

I know it normally takes me a few days to flush the sodium when I have soy sauce.

And I have been having a lot of zucchini chips, I need to cut the salt on those as well!

This may have been addressed before, but I just bought some alternatives (Proti diet) and I can't find if they use GMO soy. I know IP does not. Now I'm not sure if I want to use any alternatives. If anyone knows, please let me know. Thanks!

Jenifer7 - that may be something you need to get in touch directly with the manufacturer about, since it's not something that is required to be on the labeling. If you are ordering from Nashua they may be able to point you in the right direction.

WI Wednesday for me! Down 1lb and 1.25 inches! I am heading for the 70's full steam ahead - never thought I'd see those numbers again!

Just had to share. I had my weigh in yesterday and I lost 6 pounds this week making it 11 down in three weeks. The best thing is this diet gets easier as you go. Thanks ladies you all helped me get through the rough start I had but I feel really on track and motivated now!

Morning everyone!
WI Wednesday for me was down 2 lbs. For a total of 31.5lbs in 16 weeks.

My body definitely wanted to stay in that 151-154 range for the past month, thinking about it I realized that I hovered in that range for 5years....then I decided to gain more.

Now, that I reached the 140's I'm feeling like I can do this all the way, no question.

Have a great day and congrats to everyone!

Congrats! You and I have the same height/weight. I've been hovering at 149 for a week...hoping my WI shows a loss tomorrow, but confident that if it doesn't tomorrow, it will in the coming weeks. We can do this!
