Here's how it works:

Post your starting weight (SW) and your goal weight (GW).
Come back anytime to update with your current weight (CW).
The first person to reach their 5 LB goal is the winner.
That person then starts a new thread for the next 5 LB challenge.

Julia - don't know if you're joining this one but yes, totally agree on the no one saying anything for a long time. I think I was down to 165 before people said anything (other than my mom, b/f, super close girlfriends). Agree that it's a touchy subject and no one wants to say anything for fear of getting it wrong. I get more compliments on my hair though which is funny since it hasn't changed at all I saw that you had a similar experience to mine - losing it down to goal and then regaining. I'm bound and determined that this will be the last time for me - how about you?

Alright, girls - let's see how much progress we can make before we have a winner!

totally same experience. ill be stronger this time. i didnt know how EASY it was going to be to gain it all back so this time itll be all about vigilance!

i get hair compliments too! i think people just notice you look different but dont know why.
