had the MOST delicious dinner! stir fry shrimp with mushrooms, caul rice and red peppers sauteed in EVOO , franks hot sauce and soy sauce! of course garlic as well!!!! and of cousre a BAS (big A** salad)
Hey all! Just popping in to say Howdy on my most favorite thread! It's been crazy town lately, but always love browsing this thread for food ideas and inspiration...the daily planning and accountability is really helpful, even now in P4. It's my "cheat day" today, nothing crazy - but started out the day with an 8-mile run at 5:30am! Had to go in to work today (tomorrow too) until 8pm...don't these people know its the weekend!
