It's a new month!
November is a great month here in Texas. The weather is cool enough to enjoy getting outside and doing projects. Its cool enough to start a pot of something simmering on the stove. Summer here is brutal and I am glad to bid it farewell for another year.
My goals for November are- See 162 on the scale at least once.
Continue to walk the dogs.
Continue to count every calorie.
Enjoy the food I eat.
Stay calm.
I hope everyone has a great day and a great month.
my goals are: to see 175. to keep counting. to continue to be happy and respect my body, and to keep calm in the middle of the storm, without going to food.
ever feel like you're just waiting to get hit by a screen door? that's what i'm waiting for right now ha ha.
hey ladies, I haven't died... just been a terrbile junk food junkie.. 197 on the scale this morning.. *sign* damn you Halloween candy! My November goals are just to get my self control back!! 170 at the end of the month would be ideal! 27lbs in a month seems like a lot, but I've done it before and I KNOW I can do it again!
I'd like to lose at least 1-2lbs a week in November, that's what I am going to be working towards. This week wasn't the greatest for food, and I am dreading weigh-in day tomorrow. Just hoping the scale doesn't go up!
My big goal is to stay on plan through Thanksgiving. That includes staying away from everyone's leftover Halloween candy that will be making it's way into the office. I'd like to lose a lb or 2 during November too.
I think my goal will be to continue calorie counting for the month of November making this my first complete month and walk at least 30 miles, whether it be by getting out side or by doing my exercise videos
166.5 for me this morning. I am feeling really puffy. I also feel like I might be getting a cold. Sore throat and itchy eyes. Going to stay on plan today and try to drink plenty of fluids.
Its great to see so many of us making a plan for November. It won't be easy to stay OP through the holidays but knowing y'all are fighting along with me will be encouraging.
im not weighing- but i do feel far less puffy then yesterday! stayed at 1818 calories yesterday. woohoo.
i think i'm starting to realize that if my deficits are too high for too many days, it sends me into a downward spiral. i am going to try to keep the deficits at around -600-700 as opposed to -800.
