Question Soy/Veggie Cheese - Phase 1?

I have read a few times that people are using soy or veggie cheese. Is this allowed on Phase 1? I've never heard of it, and know nothing about it, so if it IS allowed on phase 1 - does it taste good? Is soy cheese different from veggie cheese? Any information one could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

I use it in my egg whites or on top of my turkey burgers. I find that it has a funny aftertaste plain, but when cooked with something it tastes just like cheese. I like the mozzarella best.

They aren't technically a 0-carb/0-fat/0-sugar item, but if used SPARINGLY they can be pretty close. The stats are below, note they are for a 1/3 cup serving size - most coaches won't mind a sprinkle or two. Always make sure to log everything you eat in your journal, including Splenda, etc.
