Im sorry I don't understand how you can exercise so much and eat so little, doesn't your exercise deplete all the calories you eat, and if so what does your body have left for fuel all day. Just asking, not judging.

Its easy to stick to this way of eating and transition into regular ole' calorie counting as well.
Its just a good way to reel things in when you feel like things are out of whack.
I may still update here or update in a thread for calorie counters... but I am so happy that my pants are fitting again. Its amazing what 12 pounds can do for my clothes and my spirit!
